Sample Auto-Ship Set-Up

  • Log into your account and Locate your product
  • Select Quantity
  • Select "Auto-Ship" Option
  • Select Frequency
  • Click on "Add To Auto-Ship" button
  • Finish your order and you're done!

Choose frequency

Select the frequency with which your products will be autoshiped, and forget about waiting to buy your products on the dates you require them.

Edit frequency

Once you have set the frequency on the product page, you can edit your Auto-Ship frequency from the Shopping Cart or Checkout Section Before finalizing the Auto-Ship. If you need to edit it later for your Future Orders, go to your account under My Auto-Ships

  • Go to "My Account"
  • Select "My Auto-Ships"
  • Click on your Auto-Ship
  • Locate the product table
  • Click on "Disable" button
  • Done!

Specially designed for the left, right or bilateral amputee. Clack leatherette zippered cover. Leg extension are approximately 1/2 of the seat width x 9"L. Overall length with leg extension is 25", Overall thickness is 1½" for the Narrow Adult, Adult and X-Wide models and have a 5/8" plywood base. The XX-Wide (22" and larger) have an overall thickness of 2½" and have a ¾" plywood base. Meets CA-117 code.
